("Maxis Technology", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit [alchemize.io](https://alchemize.io/) (the "Site") or contact us about the Alchemize Suite. Alchemize is a product brand of Maxis Technology. **We do not sell personal information. We have never sold it, and we will not sell it, regardless of how you use the Site.** Purchases of Scout scans and subscriptions take place on [scout.alchemize.io](https://scout.alchemize.io/), which is governed by its own terms and privacy notice. How we share your information ### 4.1 Service providers We share personal information with providers that help us operate the Site and our business, under agreements that restrict their use of the data: - **Zoho Corporation (Zoho CRM and Zoho SalesIQ):** customer relationship management, form submissions, live chat and website visitor insights. - **Google (Google Analytics and Google Search Console, via Site Kit):** website analytics and search performance. - **IONOS:** website hosting. - **Wordfence (Defiant, Inc.):** website security and firewall. ### 4.2 Advertising partners We use **Google Ads** and **LinkedIn Ads** to promote our products. These platforms may place cookies on the Site to measure the results of our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. We do not give these platforms your name, email or the content of your forms or chats, and we receive nothing in exchange for their cookies. Some U.S. state privacy laws use the term "sharing" to describe this type of advertising cookie, even when no information is sold. You can turn off this advertising use at any time, as described in Section 8. **We do not sell personal information to anyone, for money or anything else of value.** ### 4.3 Other disclosures We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. ## 5. Cookies and similar technologies - **Strictly necessary:** to run the Site, keep it secure and remember settings such as whether you have closed a pop-up. - **Analytics:** to understand how visitors use the Site (Google Analytics). - **Functionality:** to provide live chat and remember your chat session (Zoho SalesIQ). - **Advertising:** to measure ad performance and enable remarketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag). Visitors outside the United States The Site is operated from the United States and is intended for a U.S. audience.
